This package is for women experiencing discomfort before delivery. Pregnancy is an exciting and hectic time. You want to be able to enjoy it without back, neck, wrist, shoulder or hip pain.

In the comfort of your home, a certified Momeez therapist will begin by assessing your posture and taking inventory of strength and tightness in all muscles. Your therapist will then analyze the mechanics of your day-to-day activities.

Based on this initial evaluation, your Momeez therapist will use safe massage techniques to relieve discomfort and restore your muscles and joints to normal function. You’ll then learn special exercises and techniques designed to address the physical challenges associated with pregnancy. With your pain relieved, you will be free to focus on the life growing inside you.
