This deluxe package is tailored to the mom who experiences muscle aches and pain. Being a mom is hard work! When your back is aching and tense, simple things like carrying your baby from room to room can be a struggle. You may experience pain in your hips, shoulder, neck, wrist, hand, and even your forearm or thumb. You go through repetitive motions every day as you nurture your child, and this can lead to unexpected, but common discomfort. This service is designed to take care of your pain and prevent it from coming back. It is also designed to get you strong and fit quickly! We’ll help you strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles properly, so these critical muscles can stabilize and support your body. We’ll teach you how to engage your muscles that are weak and turn everything you do into powerful exercises!

In the comfort of your home, a certified Momeez therapist will begin by assessing your posture and taking an inventory of strength and tightness in your muscles. Your therapist will evaluate your mechanics and analyze how your muscles are working with your specific day-to-day activities, such as sitting, standing, lifting, holding your child, etc.

Based on this evaluation, your Momeez therapist will use manual techniques that include stretching and massage to relieve your pain so that you feel great. Your therapist will train you to listen to your body so you can avoid pain, misalignment, muscle weakness and injuries. We’ll then build your strengthening and calorie burning exercises into your daily activities so that you’ll look and feel strong, energetic, and healthy.

This package includes two visits. The first takes 90 to 120 minutes, with some extra time built in if you need to feed or care for your baby. In your 45 minute follow-up visit, your therapist will massage any tight muscles and review how to engage them with all your activities.
